The second phase invested 3.6 billion yuan to expropriate 258 mu of land in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province, and set up Liyang Semiconductor Industrial Park with an annual output of 5 inches, 6 inches and 8 inches of wafers totaling 1.8 million pieces, and sealed 6 billion finished products. The main products are silicon controlled, SGT MOSFET, Super Junction MOSFET, IGBT, third generation semiconductor silicon carbide diodes and silicon carbide MOSFET. Volume devices.
